submitted by Aaliyah M. - |Recommended: NoGates Of Oakwood — Apartments aren’t the best to live in comfortably. There’s termite mice issues and the problem doesn’t get handled like it should I’ve had Many nights where my family i wouldn’t sleep in our own apartment

It takes a long time to get maintenance request fulfilled, the pool is always dirty, the on property gym has machines that do not work and it's filthy in there, there is no handicapped accessible parking which I believe is illegal. They cut the water off all the time, the rent increases but the amenities and quality of living decreased They make you pay for insurance on the building but not for your own property They have roaches in case you forgot and it's not due to the cleanliness level of the tenants it's literally just old and poorly maintained There is no sense of urgency I have been here for years bc the options in our city are very slim and price points ridiculous but honestly I'm leaving and I hope you hear me and avoid this place by all means
submitted by Sheila R. - |Recommended: NoUnhappy resident — I just moved to apt116 on 6 30 23. I soon discovered there are numerous deficiencies in this Apt. I sent maintenance requests, and a few have been resolved, but some haven’t. Mainly there is a leak somewhere that has saturated the carpet in the bedroom. It’s been a week, and I’ve spoken to the office staff several times. They keep telling me it will be taken care of. To date, it hasn’t. I’m starting to regret choosing This Apt complex for my home. And one more thing, when I was initially shown the apt, I was told the bedroom has new carpet. Maybe the reason for that is this problem has been on going. I need someone to remedy this situation ASAP

I've only been here 2 months and have heard and witnessed alot of disappointing things. Whoever the owner is needs to stop just taking everyone's money and put it back into there property.
